The Proctor of the University shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor from among the Professors & Associate Professors of the University for a period of 2 (two) years as such terms and condition as the authority may determine. If the authority desires he may be terminated before the expiry of the period. The Vice-Chancellor may appoint one or more Assistant proctor for such period and such terms and condition as the authority may determine.
