Since the establishment of the department in 2020, we are committed to developing competent professionals, innovative researchers, and responsible leaders in the fields of Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports and human performance. With a vibrant academic community of approximately 140 students across five batches (till 2026), we strive to create an environment that promotes academic excellence, ethical values, and lifelong learning.
Our primary focus is the successful implementation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum that equips students with the knowledge, practical skills, critical thinking, and professional competencies required to meet national and global standards. We are also actively pursuing academic accreditation as part of our commitment to continuous quality improvement and institutional excellence. We believe that education extends beyond the classroom. Through research, innovation, community engagement, and sports participation, we encourage our students to become confident professionals capable of making meaningful contributions to society.
